* New versions, legal changes and additions are valid for one year. The licence is updated annually, which is 15% of the value of each licence.

- Licencing is based on the Company's OIB.
- There is an unlimited number of users within a Company.
- Migration of a LaFMS licence to a higher version is possible for an additional fee of the difference in price and annual maintenance for all versions.
- An active annual update contract is a prerequisite.
- Migration to a lower version is not possible.
- The LaFMS system can be connected to other systems such as CRM, ERP, etc., if this is a functionality of the LaFMS licence (Functionality table)
- The connection price is not included in the licence price, but only an option.
- Connector licence
- LaFMS Connector licence is used to connect to additional solutions. It is required for any external solution that automatically connects to the LaFMS database.
- LaFMS Connector licence is not required when connecting to other LAMA solutions.
- Licencing is based on the company's OIB, and covers all applications that the company uses and connects to LaFMS.
