Web application - a system for managing the business processes of protocols, ordering, archiving and digital storage of documents and content.

The system is in accordance with the Regulation on office operations of the Republic of Croatia. The system is integrated with the FINA e-Account and My e-Account systems. The system enables management of classification, files, cases and letters, with digital certification of any type of document in any number of stages and certification participants.

The system supports an unlimited number of users, document entry places, document types and the contents themselves.We are currently upgrading to a new version (new technology, new regulation), with additional functionalities: digital signature, digital seal, OCR, interface according to Blockademia.

Potential users: all state and local government units, all public and private companies that need to manage the business processes of receiving, processing and distributing documents.
