The voucher refers to specialized non-formal learning programs aimed at developing digital skills, which will train the Applicant's employees to carry out digitization, that is, to use digital marketing and communication tools (working in e-commerce and m-commerce, online advertising, administering the company's website), for data analysis and data management, application development, software design, digital design, for business in the cloud, etc.
Uvjeti:
1 employee in the month before submitting the application.
The applicant can include one or more educations in one application, provided that:
- that at least 20% of all employees* are included in training as part of the voucher
- that educations are held live (including online) and in real time
- that at the end of the education, a test of acquired knowledge/exam was conducted, for which a certificate was issued for each participant
- that the total acceptable education costs for one employee amount to a maximum of EUR 1,000
